Discover Niigata

Niigata City is the largest city and the capital of Niigata Prefecture. It is also the largest city on the coast of the Japan Sea between Korea and Japan. Despite its size, however, the city itself has few notable tourist attractions worth visiting, but it is the main access port of historic Sado Island. Niigata is known more for its business and industrial activities.
