For those that aren't on a tight budget, especially for singles and young couples, Roppongi is the perfect place to live.
Azabu, Hiroo and Sirokane are cosmopolitan neighborhoods in Tokyo 's Minato Ward where prime expat properties can be found. Ebisu, Meguro , and Gotanda are cities located in central Tokyo that has some of the most affordable housing around. They are also near Roppongi, Daikanyama and some business districts.
