The Japanese Wedding

Japanese wedding is one of the most unique and traditionally rich weddings in the world. The traditional Japanese wedding is definitely a very memorable once in a lifetime experience for Japanese couples from the moment of proposal, family acceptance, ceremonial toasts, preparations, the conduct of traditional ceremony and down to the of reception and party. Japanese generally love to hold weddings during Spring and Autumn but there are certain times when couples choose to hold wedding ceremonies according to what Japanese almanac recommends. On these days, many brides and grooms are united in marriage vows at the Shinto Shrine. A Shinto wedding is conducted in a Shinto shrine which most of the Japanese hotels is equipped with. Traditional wedding is considered a private affair of the respective families and thus attendees at the ceremony include family members, relatives and close friends.
