Getting a long-term job in Japan

It is common knowledge that Japan is experiencing a sudden boom in its economy. That’s why it is currently on of the hottest place for foreign job-hunters as job vacancies continue to increase. However, Japanese companies can afford to be picky because of the huge number of applications they receive everyday. When in the past a degree in finance and fluency in speaking Japanese can get you the job, these skills are merely prerequisites today.
