After Effects of the Massage

The direct result of treatments varies with different people. Generally, a sense of well-being is experienced.

Due to the great relaxation that is usually experienced and the stimulus to the major body systems, some healing manifestations are expected. Some people may feel aches and pains, headaches or cold or flu-like symptoms after the first treatment. These manifestations will run for a day or so and frequently go down with each succeeding treatment. A qualified physician must be consulted if the symptoms persist. Generally, any of the mentioned effects a person may experience are welcome signs from a person’s body signifying that it is making an action to fix its own condition in a natural way. They are viewed to be signs of elimination and the start of the healing process.
