Hello Kitty

“Hello Kitty says be yourself!” Or so her advice goes. She is the most well-known Sanrio character, and quite possibly the most popular Japanese character in the whole world. Kind, friendly, and incredibly cute, her charm is so irresistible that people of all ages love her. She can be found all over – in mittens, apparel, school items, household products like oven toaster and electric fans. There is even a Hello Kitty car for her rich followers, and a Hello Kitty vibrator for her more mature fans. She teaches her fans to shop using her Mastercard debit card.

Known as the official UNICEF Children's Ambassador since 1983, she has starred in Hello Kitty anime series with her sister, her boyfriend Dear Daniel, her pet cat Charmmy Kitty, and her hamster Sugar.
